## What it does
- Branded open-house sign-in kiosk (web + iPad) that replaces the paper sheet
- Per-visitor AI read: each sign-in (plus any notes the agent adds) becomes a per-visitor summary, a buyer/seller/browser tag and a drafted follow-up. The open house itself is never recorded; there is no audio or transcript of visitors
- Automated multi-touch follow-up sequences, written in the agent's voice, that pause the moment a lead replies
- Consent-aware SMS (opt-in only, STOP/HELP honored) plus email follow-ups
- Live local listing matches pulled into each follow-up
- Lightweight CRM (leads, notes, tasks, send history) with one-click lead import from a Compass export or Follow Up Boss

## Pricing
- Free while the open beta runs: everything included, no card required, capped at 20 Washington agents. Past the cap, new signups join a waitlist.
- Subscriptions start at launch. Exact launch pricing is not published here; it is shown when you create an account.
- Agents who join during the beta keep a founding rate locked for the life of their subscription.
