Model Context Protocol

Run your open-house follow-ups by just asking.

Open House Copilot ships a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. Connect it to Claude — or any MCP-capable AI assistant — and work your open-house leads in plain language: pull up a weekend's open houses, review who came through, and send follow-ups in your own voice, consent and all. No new dashboard to learn.

Connector URL

https://mcp.openhousecopilot.com/mcp

One-click Google authorization — no API keys or tokens to copy. The connector acts as you, using the same account you sign into Open House Copilot with.

What you can do

The tools it exposes

list_open_houses

List your recorded open houses.

get_visitors

For one open house: each visitor's summary, buyer/seller/browser tag, notes, contact, and drafted follow-up.

send_followup_email

Send a follow-up email via your connected Gmail, from your address.

send_followup_sms

Text a follow-up to a lead who opted in at sign-in (consent-gated; STOP/HELP honored).

push_to_compass

Push leads straight into your Compass CRM.

preview_listing

Preview a listing from a Compass URL or a typed address.

add_open_house

Add an open house by address or listing URL, with an optional date and name.

How to connect

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the connector URL above.
  3. Click Authorize and sign in with the Google account you use for Open House Copilot.

Consent-safe by design: texts go only to leads who opted in, CRM imports land paused for your review, and every SMS honors STOP and HELP. The connector holds no standing credentials — it forwards your authenticated session and nothing more.
