What does Open House Copilot do?
It replaces the paper open-house sign-in sheet with a branded kiosk on an iPad, an iPhone or the web. When a visitor signs in, the app scores their interest, matches them to listings and sends a personalized follow-up by text or email on your behalf, so no lead falls through the cracks.
How do guests sign in?
Open the app on your iPad or iPhone and tap into kiosk mode, or launch the web kiosk from your dashboard on any laptop or tablet, no install needed. Guests enter their name, phone and whether they're a buyer, seller or browser. New sign-ins appear in your leads list in real time.
How does the automated follow-up work?
After a guest signs in, the app matches them to homes similar to the one they visited and sends them the top options by text or email, written in the first person, as if you sent it yourself. If they're interested, it helps line up a tour and hands off to you.
Do visitors get texted automatically? How does consent work?
A visitor is only texted after they enter their own mobile number and check a separate, unchecked-by-default consent box on the sign-in screen. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full messaging terms.
Is it only for Washington?
Right now Open House Copilot is built and tuned specifically for Washington State agents, including local market data. If you're an agent elsewhere and want in, email us. We'd love to know where to expand next.
How do I add my listings?
In the app, go to Listings → Add listing and paste your Compass listing link (or add the address). The app pulls in the photos, price and details automatically so your kiosk and follow-ups show off the home.
How do I sign in to the app?
Open House Copilot uses Google Sign-In, so there's no separate password to manage. Follow-up emails send from Open House Copilot's own domain with replies going straight to your inbox, so there's nothing else to connect.
Is my data private?
We don't sell your data, and your visitors' info is never used to train AI models or shared with advertisers. The open house itself is not recorded, so there is no audio or transcript of your visitors. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@openhousecopilot.com from the address you signed in with and we'll purge your account and all associated data within 7 days. You can also delete any individual session and its leads from inside the app at any time.

How much does it cost?
Nothing while the open beta runs: everything is included, no card required, for up to 20 Washington agents. Subscriptions start at launch and the exact pricing is shown when you create your account. Agents who join during the beta keep a founding rate locked for as long as they subscribe.

Yes. The whole product is free while the beta runs, every open house and every follow-up, and beta agents keep a locked founding rate at launch.
