Open House Copilot turns your open-house sign-in kiosk into follow-ups that never quit — AI-matched listings texted to every visitor, in your voice, that help book the tour. Below are the questions agents ask most.

It replaces the paper open-house sign-in sheet with a branded iPad or iPhone kiosk. When a visitor signs in, the app scores their interest, matches them to listings, and sends a personalized follow-up text on your behalf — so no lead falls through the cracks.
Open the app on your iPad or iPhone at the open house and tap into kiosk mode. Guests enter their name, phone, and whether they're a buyer, seller, or browser. New sign-ins appear in your leads list in real time.
After a guest signs in, the app matches them to homes similar to the one they visited and texts them the top options — written in the first person, as if you sent it yourself. If they're interested, it helps line up a tour and hands off to you.
A visitor is only texted after they enter their own mobile number and check a separate, unchecked-by-default consent box on the sign-in screen. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full messaging terms.
Right now Open House Copilot is built and tuned specifically for Washington State agents, including local market data. If you're an agent elsewhere and want in, email us — we'd love to know where to expand next.
In the app, go to Listings → Add listing and paste your Compass listing link (or add the address). The app pulls in the photos, price, and details automatically so your kiosk and follow-ups show off the home.
Open House Copilot uses Google Sign-In — no separate password to manage. Sending follow-up emails from your own Gmail is optional and only happens after you explicitly grant permission.
We don't sell your data, and your visitors' info and your recordings are never used to train AI models or shared with advertisers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Email gfxefhe@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we'll purge your account and all associated data within 7 days. You can also delete any individual session and its leads from inside the app at any time.
