Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Open House Copilot ("the App"), an iOS application for real-estate agents to capture open-house conversations, identify visitors, and draft follow-up emails. By signing in to the App you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

Open House Copilot is intended for licensed real-estate agents and the staff they supervise. You must be at least 18 and authorized to conduct open houses in the jurisdiction where you record. You're responsible for any tax, license, or brokerage rules that apply to your business.

Your responsibilities

Visitor consent. You must obtain consent from visitors before recording them, in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the open house takes place. The App's kiosk sign-in screen discloses that the session is recorded, and collects a separate opt-in before any visitor is sent texts (see SMS / text messaging below) — use both.
Honest follow-ups. The follow-up emails the App drafts are suggestions you review and edit before sending. You're responsible for the accuracy and tone of every email sent from your account.
No misuse. Don't use the App to record conversations you have no right to record, to misrepresent yourself to visitors, or to circumvent fair-housing laws.

SMS / text messaging

The App sends SMS text messages to open-house visitors on behalf of the hosting agent. A visitor is only texted if, on the kiosk sign-in screen, they enter their own mobile number and check a separate, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive recurring automated marketing & informational messages from Open House Copilot on behalf of the agent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help; opt-outs are honored immediately. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Account & sign-in

You sign in with Google. When you grant the Gmail send scope, the App can send follow-up emails from your address on your behalf — only the emails you review and approve. You can revoke that grant at any time at Google account permissions.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you generate in the App — recordings, transcripts, contact info, listings, follow-ups. We store that content on our backend so the App functions; see the Privacy Policy for storage and deletion details.

You grant us a limited license to process your content (transcribe, analyze, draft) for the sole purpose of providing the App's features. We do not sell your content, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Service availability & changes

The App is provided "as is." We don't guarantee 100% uptime; the backend depends on third-party services (AssemblyAI, Anthropic, Google) that occasionally have outages. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.

Pricing

Open House Copilot is free to use during beta. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans, and you'll keep using the free tier for any features that were free at sign-up unless we notify you otherwise.

Termination

You can stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email gfxefhe@gmail.com from the address you signed in with; we process deletion within 7 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including lost business, lost contacts, or mis-sent emails. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (which during the free beta is $0).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
