Field sales rep

This is door to door without the doors.

Instead of knocking, you walk into open houses that other agents are hosting. You sign in like any other visitor and you look at how they are doing it. Paper sheet on a clipboard? A phone passed around? That is the opening. You show the agent what Copilot does and you get them to try it.

The pitch is easy to make because the problem is visible from the doorway. Every agent running a paper sheet already knows they are losing those leads.

What you need

• To be fine walking into a room and talking to a working stranger. That is genuinely most of the job.
• A car and weekend afternoons. Open houses are Saturday and Sunday, mostly noon to four, around Issaquah, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish.
• No license and no real estate background required. I will teach you the pitch, what to look for and how to leave with a follow-up.

Status

Close, but not open yet. Pay will most likely be a flat rate per open house you work plus a bonus on every agent who signs up, and those numbers get set before this opens.
