Open House Copilot replaces the paper sign-in sheet at an open house and then follows up with every visitor automatically, by text or email, in the agent's own voice. It is built in Washington for Washington agents.

Videographer and editor
Shoot and cut the videos that sell this app. Staged open houses, real cameras, short edits. Bring your own gear and a reel.
Field sales rep
Door to door without the doors. Walk into open houses other agents are hosting, see what they are running and sell them something better.
Chief marketing officer
The role is not open and I am not pretending otherwise. It is listed because it is the one I think about most.
Who you would be working with
Me. Open House Copilot is built and run by one person, a licensed Washington real estate broker in the Seattle area who hosts the open houses this thing was built for. That means decisions are fast and there is nobody between you and the person who says yes. It also means the pay is written down plainly instead of hidden behind a conversation.
Every role here is independent contractor work to start. You invoice, you keep your own gear and your own hours, and you are free to take other clients.
